The leash, at least, should provide safety for your dog, when choosing a leash, most people dont put enough consideration into the strength of the leash. When we first started selling equipment, we decided that we would not even consider pet shop lines, as we just felt that the quality was so poor, we could not offer it to our clients. We made a decision right there that every single item we sell would be fully tested by us and our testers and we would not sell anything that didn’t come back with outstanding results.
We have had people buy our leashes then go home and try and copy them in their home garage, then try sell them as an equal product. There is no testing done, the snaps are not rated, just a brass or bronze type snap or worse.
They may look strong but I have seen leashes snap that looked strong too...
Their testing is done by their customers, the customer and their dogs are the quality control on their products! Often you will hear them say no one has complained so they must be good?
Well your dog means more to us than that...
Rest assured that each and every product on our site has been tried and tested on our own dogs and or our list of equipment testers, which include other trainers, experienced clients and staff and they are made by expert leather workers who have years of experience!
