Why Muzzle your Dog?

 

Most people go with the “close the door after the horse has bolted” method of choosing whether or not to muzzle their dog. This is a big mistake because you can never go backwards in time and this is not helpful in preventing future bites for a number of reasons.

The fact is that any dog that has bitten before (another animal or person) should be muzzled until the dog is assessed and the muzzle worn during the behaviour modification program.
