Phone consultations are available by booking with us here. They are 30 minutes long and give you a chance to better understand what may be going on with your dog.

These can be used in many ways; one way is that you can video your dog in action and mail this to us or upload it to you tube, we can view the video which we can then discuss during the phone consultation. This helps as we have seen the problem first hand when giving advice although video isn’t a requirement.

Another useful option for the phone consult is to use these between consults or perhaps after a high intensity package to discuss your progress and questions person to person.

Whatever you may want to discuss, it is your time and your choice.

It must be remembered that giving advice over the phone has its limitations, there is no substitute for a live consultation but if distance is a barrier, this option may be very useful for you. We have found that sometimes what would be covered in many back and forth emails, is much easier conveyed on the phone, we know this service is valuable to many people so we strive to make time available to you when you need it.
