The process in which to make a booking with us is completed via email and we lock in a date, we then require payment within 3 days.

We know that sometimes people find themselves in a situation in which they have a serious problem with their dog but they just don’t have the consult fee right now.

It is our advice that behaviour problems are assessed as early as possible so we always say, get your dog in as soon as possible!
