Money Back Guarantee’s

If you see one of our products have a Money back Guarantee on it, this means that we will cheerfully refund your money if on arrival, the product does not meet your expectations or our description.  We will not refund your money if the product has been used or original packaging damaged.

The refund does not include postage from us or to us.

Exchange

If you order a product and it doesn’t fit, we will gladly exchange it for one that does, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been used. Postage cost is payable by the customer. We cannot exchange or refund special orders, electronic products or digital product downloads such as Distance Learning Packages.

Change your mind?

We can’t refund you if you change your mind, K9 Pro strives to maintain stock of high quality products at the best prices you will find, this makes taking goods out of stock, sending them out and receiving them back because you have changed your mind, impossible.

Time Limits

No refunds or exchanges will be considered after 7 days of product delivery.
