FAQ about orders

How soon will my order be posted?

This very much depends on a couple of things, we pack your order as soon as we recieve payment for it, so paying via paypal is recommended, with Direct Deposit that can take between 24 and 72 hours, after the money has cleared in our bank your item will leave. If you choose the Paypal option and pay by credit card, these funds clear instantly and your goods will leave us faster. You don't need a paypal account.

Please note:We endevour to send orders everyday but that does not always occur, so your shipping times are from when they leave us, NOT from when you place your order.

Couriered items like Crates etc leave once per week.

 

What type of postage do you use K9 Pro?

We post most items via Australia post or larger items like crates and so on by Courier.


What happens if I don’t get my items?

Consider the time it takes for delivery first, if you feel that your order should have been with you, locate the invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased the item, there is an option to send us a message on that email. Do so and let us know your package is late or missing and we will assist you.


What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

We strongly encourage you to choose the insurance option, this way if a package is lost by Australia post, we can lodge an insurance claim on your behalf. If you have chosen not to insure your package but have chosen Trackable Post, this has a tracking number that can help us locate your package.

If you have chosen Standard Post and your package is lost, we cannot help you at all and Australia Post cannot track your goods and have no coverage. K9 Pro will not replace your goods if they are lost or damaged in the mail. Our business is dog training equipment not delivery, we send your order in good faith by the method that you have chosen.

If you chose not to insure your package and save the few dollars it costs, we can't be responsible for you taking that chance. We offer our products at the lowest prices you will find, we can't do that and replace goods lost or damaged.

 

Can I pick up my order?

In most cases yes, however we do not have all our items at our Kurrajong Facility so we may need some notice to ensure that your goods are here and not our warehouse. So email us and arrange this first.


How does your money back guarantee work?

Simple, if your order arrives, and your not happy with a product, if this product is advertised as having a Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee on our site, simply message us through our message system within the specified time and let us know that you would like to return the item/s. Once we receive the item/s in the same condition as they were sent with original packaging intact (if originally supplied), we will either credit your account or give you a store credit (your choice).
