Payment Methods and Processing
K9 Pro – The K9 Professionals currently accepts PayPal, Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Orders for payment only. For further details please click here.
PayPal – Payments are the fastest and we receive the order already marked as paid.
Direct Deposit – The first time you make a deposit into our account, most banks say 48 – 72 hours for the funds to clear. The second time it can be as little as 24 hours. Once the funds clear in our account, we mark the order as paid.
Cheques & Money Orders – When the money order arrives to us we bank this on our next banking day and when the funds clear we mark the order as paid.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday may not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
We begin to process all orders after you click the "Proceed to Payment" button, no matter which payment option you pick. This means once your order has been through our shopping cart process, you are liable for and payment of the whole order.
It is at this moment that stock is removed from our inventory, which means 2 things. 1. Other customers can not purchase these items and 2. It gets added to our next order to our supplier automatically.
If you are just browsing our site and want to get a list / price together, use our wish list, as it makes no change to our inventory and requires no financial input by yourself. Wish Lists remain attached to your account forever, so you can come back and purchase things as you wish.
GST
All purchases include GST and you will be sent a Tax invoice when you order online.
Prices
K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals always seek to list products with the most competitive prices, but at times a competitor may run a special that we are unaware of. If you notice a product advertised elsewhere for a cheaper price, contact us and we will see if we can meet or beat that price.
K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at www.k9pro.com.au at any time.
You are given options of which shipping option you would prefer and these costs will be added at the end of your shopping cart process, however, some products do have shipping included in the price and this is indicated on these particular products.
Some products will indicate that you need to contact us prior to purchasing to work our shipping costs. Please send us an email to find out the correct shipping costs before processing. If you purchase these products without contacting us first, the shipping costs will automatically be added to and amended on your invoice for payment once processed and you will be liable for these costs.
Supply of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item.
Delivery of Your Products
Delivery times can vary depending on which shipping options you choose. In the best case scenario someone could order a product on one morning and have it by the following lunch time. This relies on them using paypal and trackable post and some good luck.
K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided by K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals here. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We encourage you to visit the "Your Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your order. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery times; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
We urge you to insure all packages purchased through us. This ensures that you will get your package or will be able to claim insurance in the rare case of a package going missing in the mail. K9 Pro – The K9 Professionals will do our best to assist you with, but will not cover any items lost in the post.
Title of all products will pass to you when we receive payment.
Returning a Product
If you make an incorrect choice for example wrong size, we will exchange your product or assign store credit to the value of the product as long as we receive the goods back, unopened, unused and in perfect condition within 7 days of delivery. All delivery costs back and forth for the unwanted and new products are the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a restocking fee for the returned item/s of 20% of the cost (items over $500, restocking fee of 10%).
These fee's apply any time after you have completed the shopping cart process.
K9 Pro – The K9 Professionals will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly looked after. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice and / or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed.

Purchase of Products
Some states have restrictions on particular items and their use. When you purchase a product from K9 Pro, it is your responsibility to investigate these laws and or restrictions.
Purchasing products does not mean that we support guess work in training. We recommend using training equipment along with professional advice.
Orders must be placed by following the steps through our shopping cart on our website www.k9pro.com.au.
When you submit your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number and this is sent to you via our email system.
By finalising the shopping cart, you are then committed to pay for the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.
We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you Order updates via email.
